Overall great experience for our 1st rental! We did encounter a problem with our 1st scooter (potentially human error so be sure to ask questions on usuage and go for a good test drive when you 1st get it) but the delivery driver Elmer was very helpful and swung back around to help resolve the issue. No issue with pick up either so thank you. Customer service was attentive as well.
