The gentleman that delivered it was very polite. He helped us loaded onto our truck and when picked up, took it off our truck. It was very appreciative. My husband is a 100% disabled Vet and appreciate his help was greatly appreciated

My scooter was delivered to the ship. I got on it and went up a small ramp. It tipped over on it's side with me on it. To me, it is very dangerous. My traveling companion had a similar experience and she wasn't even on a ramp.
