I accidentally broke a toe the day before our theme park adventures. Other entities would not even communicate with us because it was less than 24 hours advance notice. Charles was able to meet with our needs and was so incredibly flexible with our various requests. Charles was AMAZING! Sometime during the night the plug was kicked out of the wall by a family member and the scooter was not fully charged. While at Epic, I started hearing beeps/warnings about a low battery. Charles met us at the Rpic hotel and provided us a replacement battery for the rest of the day! He was a lifesaver! He was very good at communicating and checking in with us as well. I would use him any and every time I am in Orlando!
