I was supposed to have the scooter available to me when I arrived on October 13,2026. The scooter was delivered after 8pm; therefore, I was not able to use it until the next day, October 20,2026. The scooter was in good condition and I experience any problems with the scooter.

This was a great experience. Everything exceeded expectations. Advice given directed us to get the right scooter, that enhanced our family vacation much better than we hoped. Will definitely look to use Cloud of Goods on our next family vacation. Speaking with the local person allowed us to dial in exactly what was needed, how it would be delivered and picked up. It was a win/win for the provider and for us (greater delivery flexibility, fine tuning of the item, and expert help in solving questions on charging, security, storage, usage, battery life, functional capability, etc...

We were so excited to have the scooter available as soon as we arrive to our resort in Lake Tahoe near Heavenly Village. It worked tremendously well all four days, helping me travel all the way down to the nearest Lakeshore, to all the casinos and shopping throughout the village. It made our first time in California so much more fun considering I had just had my two knees replaced. Michael was very responsive via text and phone conversations. We had one glitch the very last couple hours of rental and we think it was related to bouncing on the cobblestones in Heavenly Village might have loosened the battery connection. He tried to coach several things verbally to get it going, but we did ultimately end up pushing it from the shopping village back up to our nearby resort. We were packed and ready for the Uber ride to the airport and Michael said just park it near the front desk and he would retrieve it and troubleshoot/repair. Thank goodness we no longer needed it, but he did kindly offer to bring another one if we were staying longer.
