Excellent service, appreciate the fast response and great communication. The scooter that I rented was a life saver to get around New York with a broken foot. The hotel pickup and delivery were much appreciated as well.

Ingrid Fallin was very helpful with making sure I received my scooter on time since I was running behind schedule. Her communication was on point. Whenever I texted her, I got a response back immediately. I will definitely recommend your company to my family members and friends. Today, I just scheduled another scooter rental. Looking forward to another easy transition.

The scooter was a bit older and battered when I received it than my last experience with the Cloud of Goods Rental but it served me well and the service was very good.
