Jose was extremely flexible and timely. We were able to enjoy the event thanks to having an ability to get some elderly members to the event. Jose also made a great suggestion on where we could teturn the scooters which allowed us the freedom to keep our schedule for departure.

It was delivered and waiting for my when I got to the hotel. It was charged and ready. When I left I let them know it was at the front desk and ready. They picked it up with not problems.

Our first time using cloud of goods which we would definitely do again, will be planning on a Disneyland or Disney World stay with our son and grandchildren sometime soon. Just so you're aware, the Legoland in Carlsbad CA, haven't been to any LegoLand parks before this, mainly has high-school/young college part-time employees available for assistance. Was a Monday holiday when we arrived on 10/12/26. There weren't any manager's available throughout our stay including at large indoor restaurants. The two young people behind the podium-like front desk didn't know where to pick-up an outside vendor's rental scooter. The scooter turned out to be parked in a somewhat viewable corner of the lobby near the entrance way. But before we found it, the lobby had sent us to park's guest services, from there we were sent to a covered-stand where the park's rental scooters are held, they couldn't help us either. Thank goodness for Kim Beauchamp who delivered the scooter so that it was there and was always available by phone to answer our questions. She greatly helped us so we're hoping some of the tip we submitted will go to her.

easy pick up and drop off process, very comfortable chair for my body type, stayed charged, easy functions on scooter and big bright lights for easy maneuvering

Delivery and pickup were good. My only complaint is that I expected the scooter to be bigger based on the description. My husband was not very comfortable on it. His knees stuck out which caused him to hit them several times. It was also not easy to control and didn't have a backup warning. We have rented them in the past at the parks and will do so going forward as those are sturdier scooters.
