Very friendly customer service and a seamless vacation experience. My electric scooter was dropped off with the concierge of my hotel before I arrived, and I was able to leave it with the concierge again when I left for the airport. They communicated with me in a friendly anf informative way, and periodically checked to make sure my vacation was going well and I wasn't experiencing any issues with the chair. The battery life of the scooter was excellent, and it was comfortable. I definitely recommend Cloud of Goods for scooter rentals!

The entire process was very easy and went smoothly. Sheree was extremely helpful. She contacted me regarding when the scooter would be delivered and how to contact her when I was ready to have it picked up. Sheree also assisted me in getting my rental time extended. The entire process was easy. Thank you.
