We had a great experience in both the arrangement and the use of the scooter. Had no problems with drop-off or pickup. We had to change the time of both and they were very accommodating. Definitely will use again. Thank you.

Chelsea’s rentals is a premier establishment. The purveyors Chelsea and James were outstanding. Their customer service was something I haven’t encountered. I’m had an issue with the battery connector. Somehow it had gotten jammed we believe by the previous renters. But when my battery ran low. A quick call to them had James dropping what he was doing immediately heading to my location. And fixing said problem. The response time is unheard of. The effort to make my situation as easy as possible was amazing. This was outside of normal business hours and most companies would have not answered the cal or taken hours to get an employee to answer the call. The owners jumped as soon as I called and I was able to get on my way in a very short space of time saving an entire day and then some. I couldn’t recommend them more. I give their serve and company an 11 out of 10.

Wow, that was so easy. We drove right to the Royal Caribbean number that they gave us and there were our scooters and we went and picked them up and were out in less than one minute. I have never experienced such great service and had everything explained it to me step-by-step so that there were no issues or problems whatsoever. the scooters maneuvered wonderfully and my friend and my sister really want one for their homes now. I will always continue to use Cloud Of Goods for every vacation from now on. Thank you guys for such great service.
