Chelsea was so incredibly helpful from the time we set up our rental until the time we returned it. She provided super detailed information on a couple of different scooters that we were debating. In the end we chose a lightweight one with a 7.5 mile range. It was delivered and it was exactly as advertised. For our specific needs I think next time we would go with a longer mileage range scooter because we did end up having to stop to charge it a couple of times which was not always easy in London but that was just for our specific needs. It could work well for someone not traveling as much in a day. Chelsea was super responsive and I would highly recommend her and this company for your mobility needs. I would further add for anyone considering accessible travel in London that the city itself is pretty amazing with most businesses accommodating with ramps sidewalks and all the major attractions are fully accessible. The bus was also our major mode of transportation across the city is all the city buses are accessible. We had an incredible trip.
