Kim was amazing! She met us downtown when we were ready to leave and picked up the scooter. She was understanding when we lost the key and got is another one. Communication with her was a 10!

I can’t see enough good things about our rental or the team that helped us to rent a scooter for my mom on our recent cruise. The whole process was absolutely seamless, and they went above and beyond when the cruise line failed to return the scooter as they said they would. Will definitely use Cloud of Goods again! Just fantastic and so easy!
