I rented for the first time. We went on a carnival cruise. The scooter fit in the door way. And we were given the charger. Just please give instructions on how to attach the charger to the scooter. The room Stewart showed us. Never broke down. It was totally a life saver,,Please don’t hesitate to use this companyNo problems whatsoever.. thanks so much for making a cruise

I had a very good experience. When I arrived at the ship, my Cloud Of Goods scooter was already in my room. However, I didn’t discover the instruction manual until the day I was leaving. Had a few hiccups. The backup sound didn’t work and the horn didn’t work, but I let them know and they said they would change a fuse when they got it back. It worked fine other than that and held a charge for a long time. I was able to get off the ship at the ports with no problem. I would use their service again.
