Excellent customer service. The mobile unit was delivered on time and the gentleman delivering it was very helpful, providing all the necessary equipment information. All contact with the company was positive and customer focused which is a rarity these days. Thank you, I will definitely be renting from you again.

To my senior friends everywhere…please don’t think you can’t go because you can’t walk well. GO, LIVE YOUR LIFE!! Rent a scooter from Cloud of Goods. The service is phenomenal! I’ve been all over NYC, NY December 4-7, 2025, the entire city is accessible in addition there are handicapped vans to take you to far distances. I am 73 with advanced arthritis. I couldn’t have made this trip without the scooter. Do yourself a favor and get the scooter. I rented the heavy duty and the battery NEVER drained at all!!!!!!!!

The drop off off and pick up system was so effortless! I loved having a cup holder (you will regret not paying the five dollars without one)! I loved the the dial speed control dial it helped with getting through doors and backing up.

Experience was generally very good. The gentleman who delivered and picked up was very nice. There was a slight hiccup in contacting him for the delivery in the morning however.
