-washington.orgFrequently Asked Questions About Renting Gear for the Neurodiversity Conference
Yes, you can easily rent a mobility scooter for your time in San Antonio. We offer a variety of scooter models to suit different needs, and our delivery partners will bring the scooter directly to your chosen accommodation before the conference begins.
We absolutely deliver strollers to hotels, vacation rentals, and other locations near CoPlay Cove. Since the venue includes childcare facilities, renting a stroller is a great option for traveling parents who want to avoid checking bulky gear at the airport.
While we offer delivery to many locations, we recommend having your equipment delivered to your hotel or vacation rental instead. Delivering to a busy conference venue can sometimes be complicated, so starting your day with the gear already at your hotel is much easier.
We suggest reserving your mobility equipment or strollers as soon as you know your travel dates. Booking early guarantees that the specific items you need are available in the San Antonio area and gives our delivery partners ample time to prepare your order.
We provide both standard manual wheelchairs and motorized power chairs for attendees. A manual wheelchair is perfect for short distances, while a motorized chair offers maximum independence if you plan to explore San Antonio extensively after the conference sessions.
Most standard and portable mobility scooters are designed to fit through standard doorways and navigate indoor meeting spaces. However, we always recommend contacting the event organizers at CoPlay Cove directly to verify specific dimensions and accessibility arrangements.
You can certainly rent equipment for just a single day to match the duration of the conference. Our flexible booking system allows you to choose exactly how many days you need the item, whether it is a quick one day rental or an extended week long reservation.
We pride ourselves on providing exceptional equipment maintained in brilliant condition. In the rare event that an item malfunctions, simply contact our customer support team immediately. We will coordinate with our local partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Yes, we offer double strollers that are perfect for parents traveling with multiple young children. These strollers provide ample space and comfort, making your commute from your hotel to the CoPlay Cove childcare facility an effortless and pleasant experience.
In many cases, our delivery partners can leave the rental equipment with the hotel bell desk or front reception area. We recommend informing your hotel in advance that you are expecting a delivery from Cloud of Goods to ensure a completely smooth arrival process.
