it was all soooo easy!! Very nice emails with the team and then a couple of days ahead I got a message from someone from the team who told me who she/he is and where he/she would deposit the walker. We really appreciate all you did to make our vacation in DC enjoyable. The delivery and pick up were on time and the gentleman was so helpful in explaining the scooter to us. We had a problem with the scooter in the middle of our adventure and within 20 minutes he came with another scooter! The service was incredible! We would highly recommend Cloud of Goods to everyone!
