“We could not have experienced the amazing trip we had without our wagon and how incredibly helpful our rental provider was!! From drop off to pick up, it was such a stress free experience. She texted us prior to our arrival to make sure we knew where to get our wagon. She was incredibly personable. So kind. Made sure I was very comfortable with the order and how to use everything. We got several pictures in a video of the wagon. And it was ready for us when we got to our hotel. We had extreme heat warnings during our stay. Our little ones (and the parents) LOVED the convenience of the wagon when the girls were too tired and hot. The wagon worked perfectly on the Metro. It was also great outside and in all of the buildings. It was so nice to have somewhere to store our stuff. The canopy was so great for being outdoors. As a mom of 3, I had never used a wagon. I can't believe I didn't know how much easier it is with multiples to just use the wagon. 10/10. 5 stars.”
