Based on my dealings, Sharon went way beyond what I would have expected. Due to some scheduling changes on my part, Sharon adjusted both my deliver and pickup time for the scooter. She was also diligent in keeping me posted via text. My entire experience from finding them online to booking the scooter to receiving and using the scooter was GREAT!
If you are renting a scooter for tourism of Washington, I strongly suggest also renting a second battery. If I had done that, I would not have had any issues for the 3 days I was in town. Running out of power and then having to recharge was a little inconvenient. But, that was my fault and not the wonderful folks at Cloud of Goods. Thank you for making my trip a lot more fun.
