Super easy to rent. When I wanted to keep my transport chair, a few hours longer Manu was very accommodating even though he was on the way to pick up my chair. Will rent from them again and will encourage others to rent from them.

Service was timely and efficient. THE battery was not fully charged prior to delivery. The battery needs to be replaced and the battery could not be fully charged even when plugged in overnight.

Just wonderful. It was dropped off at our hotel and picked up. We didn't have to do much except book the scooter and pay. The scooter worked great allowing our elderly mother in-law to join us walking around the city. I would book with Cloud if Goods again.

My small foldable scooter was a great help. Be sure to ask for foldable scooter in the ultra light category. Otherwise you’ll end up with a more unwieldy model.
