We experienced both ends of the spectrum. Our wheelchair arrived 2 hours later than promised, so we lost 2 hours of visiting the DC area. Then, the rubber on the left wheel fell apart on the first day, forcing us to cut our visit short.
But, I called the local rep (Okechukwu Nwosu) that evening, and he replaced our wheelchair overnight. This wheelchair worked great! Okechukwu Nwosu allowed us to enjoy our DC visit the next day.
