“I rented a red heavy duty electric scooter for my mother to have during our Washington D.C. family reunion. Zoey provided great service and equipment with reasonable delivery & pickup times. We met the driver at the hotel door to receive the scooter & instructions, and we arranged to leave it at front desk upon hotel checkout. We just made sure to put the reservation info sheet back onto the scooter so hotel guests did not think it was provided to guests by the hotel. The scooter’s battery life lasts for hours. By the end of our day it still had 3/4 battery life. I will be using Cloud in every State with visit!”
