Excellent service. They delivered the wheelchair timely and placed it on the front doorstep. I had to extend the rental period a few times which was so easy to do using their mobile app. The whole experience was easy through email and mobile app. Hassle free.

This was our first time using this service- we needed a wheelchair for our daughter for the Orlando theme parks. Everything was so smooth and convenient, we’ll definitely be keeping this service in mind for future trips!

The wheel chair, while operational was a very dated and worn model. It did do the job. The lock supplied with the chair literally fell apart when we unlocked the chair for the first time. The dials and springs just came apart upon opening
