Excellent service!David was amazing to deal with. He explained everything clearly and left the wheelchair at the hotel reception for me. Everything went smoothly and without any issues. Highly recommended!

Everything went well five stars. My only feedback otherwise is that the website made it sound to me like there was an option to pick up the wheelchair and that I could just walk down the street and get it which I almost did so it might be better if it was totally clear that it was Delivery only

We were in Honolulu and had a last minute request so the original local provider through Cloud of Goods was not able to get us the wheelchair in time for our tour but Cloud of Goods found another provider, Jina's Mobility and they got us what we needed in perfect timing. It was easy as they dropped the wheelchair off at our hotel and picked it up when we were done! Great service too. Thank you, Jina!
