This was our first experience using Cloud of Goods and it was a pleasurable, easy booking! The drop-off and pick-up was seamless to our Disneyland Hotel and the ultra-light wheelchair we rented was easy to push, clean and perfect for our Disneyland hopping day. We will use Cloud of Goods again!

We had a problem with our wheelchair, and we received a new one within a few hours. Also, the pick up and drop off were seamless. My only complaint is the wheel wheelchair absolutely needed a cushion. The bar was very rough on my mom and we had to have her sit on coats to provide cushion.
