We had a problem with our wheelchair, and we received a new one within a few hours. Also, the pick up and drop off were seamless. My only complaint is the wheel wheelchair absolutely needed a cushion. The bar was very rough on my mom and we had to have her sit on coats to provide cushion.

Wonderful experience! Was able to order a wheelchair for my Mom on a Sunday. It was waiting for us at the hotel when we arrived and I was able to text with them to make sure everything would happen as planned. Will definitely use this service again. They are FANTASTIC! Mahalo!!!
