I'm so glad I found this and decided to give it a try! We took a trip with my 83 year old parents who "sometimes" need a chair but didn't want to travel with one. The chair was at the hotel when we arrived and was picked up at a different hotel after we traveled around for a week. I'd definitely use Cloud of Goods again.

Great experience. Wheel chair was dropped at my hotel the day before we arrived, and they picked it up from my hotel after we left. Very easy process
