The wheelchair was delivered before the time I was quoted. Communication was excellent between the delivery person and me. Instructions were clear on how to retrieve the wheelchair and the return process. The whole process was easy, and I would definitely rent from Cloud of Goods again.

The wheelchair was very good. I ordered the light one so that it was easier to travel with it during our time in Dublin. They assigned us a person that kept in touch with us and asked if everything was alright and he brought and picked up the wheelchair as well. He was super nice, flexible and ready to help. We had a very nice experience. Mostly because we needed flexibility with the days and pick up time and that's what we got. we are very happy and would definitely consider renting something here again if we need to.
