The wheelchair was very good. I ordered the light one so that it was easier to travel with it during our time in Dublin. They assigned us a person that kept in touch with us and asked if everything was alright and he brought and picked up the wheelchair as well. He was super nice, flexible and ready to help. We had a very nice experience. Mostly because we needed flexibility with the days and pick up time and that's what we got. we are very happy and would definitely consider renting something here again if we need to.

Great service. We had one glitch which was in part my fault. The driver who was picking up the wheel chair texted me several times to let me know the timing. That was very considerate. However I did not recognize the name or phone number so I hung up on him thinking it was another spam call. If only it had been the name of your company instead of his name I would have known. Otherwise all was well. Thank you very much.
