Great on lilne ordering form. Made it a breeze to order just what was needed. OOPs, I made a mistake and that form was forgiving and easy to correct. After sending the form off, Cloud of Goods called saying they had just what we wanted. I couldn't beleive that! JUST WHAT we wanted. Yes it was and it arrived in a timely manner. The lovely lady who delivered it was sweet and pleasant. She called to confirm our location and let us know when she would be here. And She was here. A week later pickup time was changed several times because of her busy schedule and our distance from town. Sheree was always polite and very nice to talk to or rather text to. Really good communications between us. I asked for a receipt and she said sure, as soon as she picked the chair up and scanned it in to her inventory Cloud would immediately text the receipt. The recipt was in my email in 10 minutes! What a way to run a business: get what you need, brought to you promptly, excellent equipment although not brand new, definately NOT junk either, the wheelchair was clean, strong, flexable, light weight, correct size. My husband called it my little Red Rocket. And it had nubby wheels to navigate my rugs better! Sheree thought of that one all by herself, what a thoughtful sweetie! Thanks to all at the Cloud, you all helped make my recovery comfortable, effortless and worry free.
