The service was absolutely amazing! My family was in a pinch, suddenly needing a wheelchair to help an elderly family member on vacation. I ordered a rental online at 9pm on a Saturday evening, we exchanged emails to confirm details within 30 minutes of the order, and I had the wheelchair delivered to my hotel prior to 9am on a Sunday morning. I couldn't be more appreciative of the wonderful communication and expeditious service.
