My reservation: Drop-off Apr 18, 2026, 04:00 pm - 06:00 pm Pickup Apr 20, 2026, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm Not sure why the scooter was dropped off two days early on April 16. The hotel needed to store it until I arrived. The scooter was in great condition and worked very well for our needs.

My scooter was not fully charged, I don't think. I had to charge it to get back to the hotel from the Convention Center. I loved the convenience of the drop-off and pick-up service. Next time, I will get the larger scooter for more comfort. Thank you.

We used this scooter for Coachella and it was such a lifesaver! My cousin has cancer and can’t stand or walk for very long, so this helped her get through the large crowds. Travis was very accommodating and always available for any questions we had. Such a great experience!

I am so happy that I rented a wheelchair from Cloud of Goods in San Diego. Kay was incredibly helpdful and even suggested a less expensive option, processes a refund for the difference and was very communicative the entire time. I will highly recommend this service to anyone!
