It was easy to get once we got to the port. I only had to walk a short way to get the scooter for my husband and then walked back to get mine. Hopefully we will rent them again

Delivery driver was wonderful. Even though he was late with drop off & pick up, I know it was due to traffic since we were experiencing the same issue. Thank you it was such a blessing to be able enjoy Smithsonian which I wouldn't have if trying to walk it.Thank you, PK
