This was the 2nd time I have rented a scooter from Cloud of Goods, and certainly won't be the last. They delivered it to the hotel that I was staying at. The driver was very clear about when she would be there and kept me informed about her approximate time of arrival. When she got there, as she was assembling it, she was explaining how to operate it, how to charge it, when I would know it needed charging, and when I would know that it was fully charged. I actually didn't need that information, as I have the same scooter at home. It was just easier to rent one then to travel with mine. Their prices were very reasonable, and the scooter they delivered was in very good condition and very clean. When it was time to return it, the driver was also very clear about what time she would arrive to pick it up. The whole experience was very convenient and the company was very pleasant to deal with.

Paula was excellent. She kept us informed and did the delivery and pick up as promised. We were happy with the experience but think that the pricing was extremely high for the time period we used the scooter. For that reason we will not recommend

My experience using cloudofgoods was excellent. Very prompt with answering all my questions. Delivery and pick up of scooter was right on time. I would definitely use their services again.

CALI GIRLS-GIRLS TRIP!!! Rocky Mountain Med Rentals (SULI) He’s The Best! Dropped the scooter at the Airport car rental location which was mad convenient 2 in one! SULU really goes above and beyond he called the day before to get the my arrival info! He even made himself available for any questions/issues during rental time (I had none) The scooter was perfect handles rain sleet or snow!! SULI RMMR You are truly making a difference in people lives with the scooter rental option I was able to for fill every activity me & my bestie had on the list! The portable scooter even fits on the gondola. I even left an item in the scooter pocket Suli mailed it to me with no issues!! Thank you for Your professionalism your diligence and at a great price!!! Pure Happiness & Satisfaction.

It was well worth the investment. My mother had a great time on our cruise because of it. Abby was very communicative and was even available to help troubleshoot using FaceTime. I will definitely recommend her for anyone!
