We used this scooter for Coachella and it was such a lifesaver! My cousin has cancer and can’t stand or walk for very long, so this helped her get through the large crowds. Travis was very accommodating and always available for any questions we had. Such a great experience!

I am so happy that I rented a wheelchair from Cloud of Goods in San Diego. Kay was incredibly helpdful and even suggested a less expensive option, processes a refund for the difference and was very communicative the entire time. I will highly recommend this service to anyone!

Communication was fantastic for both pick up and drop off. Receives text messages the week prior to our cruise for the scooter rental. With all the information we would need. Received the same info the day prior and pictures of the scooters exact location for pick up. Drop off was just as easy. This is our second time renting from Cloud of Goods and we highly recommend them!

That scooter drove in a very jerky manner. Trying to get it to drive smoothly was almost impossible. I loved the size and comfort, but it felt like riding a bronco. It was super convenient how it was right there at the hotel waiting for me. Your person who makes the initial contact for drop off and pickup was outstanding. He was extremely pleasant and informative.
