Being able to rent the scooter for the week almost certainly saved me from having a ruptured Achilles Tendon which would have been a painful surgery and long rehab. The whole process was surprisingly easy. Cindy was so kind and helpful when she dropped of and picked up the scooter. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
