I am so impressed with this service! I ordered the scooter the day before I needed it and a couple other places I called couldn't help me. They reached out to me and asked if they could deliver it early that night! When I arrived into my hotel my scooter from Gateway Rentals was waiting just as promised so we were able to start our park adventures the next day. Cloud Goods reached out to me three times to make sure everything went okay and we were happy with the service. The scooter was in great working condition and never ran out of power in each complete Universal park day.When the rental period was done it was picked up on time This service was fast, reliable and had great customer service. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
