I had a great experience with Rocket Rentals from start to finish! Jason was absolutely awesome—patient, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. The entire rental process was smooth and hassle-free, and I had no issues with the mobility scooter at all. I really appreciated how easy everything was and how responsive Jason was throughout the process. I would definitely rent from Rocket Rentals again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a mobility scooter rental. Great service and a great experience!

Delivery and return worked out well, very disappointed, though in the scooter itself, I had ordered a lightweight scooter and the scooter that arrived was very hard to lift into a vehicle even was taking the chair and battery out. It was very hard to lift for 270 year-old senior citizens, can you find them? Descriptions of scooters should be more comprehensive.

wonderful experience. My mobile chair was at the hotel when I arrived and all I had to do is leave it at the front desk. I highly recommend Cloud Of Goods!
