Scooter was great. Battery may need attention as it seemed to have difficulty getting and holding a charge. Also, the left rear wheel is scraping or rubbing against something which makes for a noisy ride. All in all, though, I loved it. GREAT customer service!!!

I was worried about the delivery process to the cruise ship but the delivery peron was very helpful and he was great helping me know exactly where the scooter could be retreived, etc. Kudos to he and the office support at the medical company who serviced us.
