The battery did not last long even though it was powered off most of the time, including losing power quickly when going up inclined ramps with a moderate slope. Overall, the service convenience to deliver & pick up at the hotel was exceptional & stress-free.

It was a positive experience having the mobility scooter dropped off at our home and then picked up when our use was completed. The scooter was easy to use and the battery charge lasted all day! We will definitely be using their services again.

Scooter was there on time already charged and ready to go. It was in good shape and clean and didn’t give us any problems at all. My husband was able to go places with us that he would have struggled with if he didn’t have it.

Great service, great response back time and consistent communication. The owner is very business friendly and awesome to speak with. I’m glad I found you guys on Google search. I will definitely acquire your product again. I rented “The Pride Mobility Scooter” that holds up to 500-lbs and it drove up hills with NO problem at all and it holds a full charge for 4 full days and this included a trip to the Jacksonville Zoo. Thanks again for such great service Cloud of Goods.
