I had to order a scooter at the last minute for my mother the day we were going to Epcot. Dayvid was quick to respond. It was delivered to our resort within a couple of hours. Unfortunately, we did not receive the heavy duty scooter that I ordered, but the light scooter we got did the job. We needed to adjust the pick up time on the last day and he was very accommodating.

Good service, it was on time and a great help for us. My text was not replied to about how to break down the scooter into the three parts, so that is why I rated less than 5.

Drop off and pickup was easy and as planned . The scooter was a little beat up with duct tape, but aesthetics aside, it worked beautifully.

My Experience from the 1st day of setting up my scooter rental, till it was picked up was amazing!! Helen was so attentive to my needs, she even brought another scooter with her when delivering the one I ordered, to see if it would work out better for my needs!! The scooter was light enough my friend and I had no problem breaking it down to lift it in and out of her SUV and the battery lasted for days! A lot longer than I expected! I could not of been happier with this experience!

We arrived at Ava Cancun on June 6th in the early evening and realized my mother would need a scooter. We ordered it for delivery at 10:00 am the next morning. They arrived on time, the scooter was in excellent condition and worked perfectly all week. We extended our trip and was able to add an extra night without difficulty and they picked up the scooter promptly at the arranged time. I highly recommend Cloud of Goods and will use them again whenever needed.
