So easy to arrange and deal with. A mobility scooter meant I could range far and wide in Manhattan without needing taxis. I think Cloud of Goods NYC is brilliant.

I am very Impressed by this Company and their wonderful Employees! And who ever Runs it! They have proved to be Truthful, Reliable, and Very Informed about Everthing Needed!!! In this day and Age, I have become mistrusting of mostly of everything! Not with these people! My First Experience with them, their variety of products, and individual needs was Amazing!!! I only remember Juan, who delivered my product, the Boss man and Lady and the wonderful Man who picked up The scooter tonight!!! Send me your names. please! I would highly recommend them 100 Per Cent! 5 Star Company! Thank You for making my Immobility- More Mobile so I can enjoy this chapter in my Life until further Notice!! God Bless and Love!

Despite a few hiccups in the beginning of booking, the company was true to their name. The mobility scooter was in excellent condition and very easy to use. It was there when I arrived and when I left, I received an email upon pick up. Pretty seamless. I had an issue where the scooter would not move, called the help number, worked it out quickly with a battery reset and off I went, zippity doo dah for the week. Thank you Cloud of Goods!

Had zero problem with pick up and drop off. Smooth. The scooter, however, had a battery that would die quickly. Like quick as in it wouldn’t stay charged for more than a couple hours, and if I was using it I was lucky to get 45 min worth of use.

Very easy, very nice equipment. Made getting around so much easier after just having had knee surgery!

It just seems like some of the parts on the scooter were loose (arm rest), other than that, it was good.
