Joel was a delight to work with. I booked my stay in New Orleans at the wrong hotel. When my brother took me to the correct one, I called Joel and immediately moved the scooter for me to the right hotel. No extra charge, no fuss no muss. He also had the foresight to switch me from a power chair to a steered 4 wheel scooter for safety reasons. After taking it out in the Quarter, I understood why! So hats off to Joel and I highly recommend renting your mobility needs from Cloud of Goods.

I learned that Atlanta traffic can be a nightmare. Aside from this, the team were nice and responsive. Having a wheelchair during my stay absolutely improved my expierence and I am so glad to have been able to rent one.
