Everything was fine, However, I ordered a power wheelchair and got a scooter. A wheelchair would have been better because it fits into elevator and turns into tighter radius.

Very easy to work with. Chair was waiting at hotel for me. I had to extend my trip by a day and it was no problem to keep the chair longer.

After last minute chair cancellation. Cloud of goods came thru and not only found a replacement but it was delivered on time and exactly what we needed.

Excellent Service! I requested my quote online for an electric wheelchair. The assigned company called me for pick up information. It was dropped off at my hotel with instructions, picked up when finished. Seamless rental. Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience.
