The advice from your support staff was excellent and promptly answered after submitting a query. The support team advised me to order a push chair rather than the powered chair ( which I had ordered) due to weather conditions. This was really appreciated and accurately assessed. You also gave me a $ 70 credit. So, yes I am a happy customer and will use you again if I travel again to NYC. The chair was also delivered in the time frame specified. 5 star rating from me. Not great. I rented a new power chair (wheelchair) but it kept going (pulling) to right Nuts for adjustable controller was to tight so adjustment was impossible.
