Not great. I rented a new power chair (wheelchair) but it kept going (pulling) to right Nuts for adjustable controller was to tight so adjustment was impossible.

Most importantly, the wheelchair had arrived before I arrived at the hotel and I was able to use use it right away. Having the wheelchair made my stay in California that much more enjoyable.

It was a seamless experience from delivery to pick up. Angela was very helpful in making sure we were able to operate the wheelchair. She was even available on the 4th of July to walk us thru trying to disassemble and assemble the equipment.
