The service was excellent. Stroller was a little beat up but that was mainly cosmetic. Would be nice to have a drink holder or tray. And the liner that comes does nothing but cause trouble for the kid getting in and out.

Alquilé un carrito de paseo a finales del mes de noviembre, y después de solventar el problema que tuvimos con él (no nos dieron el carrito que solicitamos durante dos días), todo fue perfecto. Le reclamamos una devolución del importe pagado por 8 días de alquiler, y si no fuera una empresa seria, seguramente no hubieran tramitado nuestra petición. Por dicho motivo le doy la clasificación máxima. Por otro lado, te llevan el carrito al hotel y lo recogen allí. Si no hubiera sido por esos primeros días, todo hubiera sido perfecto. Menos mal que tengo una espalda fuerte. No obstante. Gracias por el servicio. Habéis sido muy amables. Gracias de nuevo. Hasta la próxima !!!

The drop-off and pick-up were super easy, but the stroller was pretty beat-up and several parts were torn. It was fairly clean.
