“I used your service last year and it was excellent. I didn’t realize that Disney changed their policy and no longer allow you to drop off strollers to the hotel. So I had to leave the park to walk all the way out to the taxi drop off zone. It was quite a hassle, really. If I had known, I would have scheduled the drop off time for the previous day.
