Excellent experience from start to finish. Everything went perfectly from the first contact to the return of the stroller. Olga’s attention was wonderful: warm, professional, and always willing to help. The stroller was spotless, very clean, and in perfect condition. She also provided a warm cover and rain cover, which was a great detail and gave us great peace of mind during our outings. Without a doubt, a fully recommended service. We would definitely use it again. Thank you!!

The stroller I rented was clean and in excellent condition however, arranging a pick up time was difficult due to their AI automated receptionist. Eventually I was able to get it picked up at the hotel which is why I couldn’t give it 5 stars.

The best treatment was provided by Adriana, she was extremedly kind and was very flexible with the time to pick the stroller up. The stroller helped us a lot to be able to walk all over London and be calm that our baby was able to sleep at any time. The rain catch us walking out of a museum and the rain cover was a life-saver. Would rent again 100%.
