The best treatment was provided by Adriana, she was extremedly kind and was very flexible with the time to pick the stroller up. The stroller helped us a lot to be able to walk all over London and be calm that our baby was able to sleep at any time. The rain catch us walking out of a museum and the rain cover was a life-saver. Would rent again 100%.

We had the best experience - from start to finish. The stroller was pristine and our daughter napped happily in it laying down when she was tired from running. The process was so easy and I could text the owner directly - I didn’t have to use a messaging app or email, providing clear and fast communication btwn the both of us - and they were such a joy to coordinate with. I wish we had done this sooner! We will only use them going forward!

The team was great with delivering my rental. They even went back to the warehouse to get a different stroller. The entire rental was super seamless and easy. I will definitely be back every time I’m in Disney.

We were kept in the loop on eta’s, also a very friendly approach and useful help with operating our scooter we rented. Very easy to work with, even with plans changing. They were able to accommodate most of what we needed! We didn’t get ours delivered as early as we would have liked, but open times for their operations I’m sure were later in the day. 5 out of 5 with cloud of goods!
