Teresa made this process seamless for our family and we could not be more thankful. The stroller was dropped off at our hotel before we arrived and all we had to do was leave the stroller in the hotel mailroom when we left and it got picked up. The stroller was in good condition and was clean. We will definitely be renting from Cloud of Goods again!

Very smooth delivery and pickup. Stroller was good quality as well. Only complaint is that they came and picked up earlier than we had requested.

Great experience with cloud of goods! We rented a stroller for my 5 year old while visiting Disney. Delivery and pick-up were seamless and customer service was 5 star. I would definitely use them next time we’re in need of a stroller for a family trip.

I used your service last year and it was excellent. I didn’t realize that Disney changed their policy and no longer allow you to drop off strollers to the hotel. So I had to leave the park to walk all the way out to the taxi drop off zone. It was quite a hassle, really. If I had known, I would have scheduled the drop off time for the previous day. Otherwise, happy with the stroller. Thanks!

Renting a stroller makes the trip so easy! I don’t have to worry about hauling a stroller through the airport but one is waiting for me at the front desk of the hotel. Thank you!
