The company that delivered our units didn't have us on the pick up schedule when I called to see when they would be here. Had to wait over 40 minutes for them to get picked up.

The charged scooter was delivered on time with the needed accessories as promised, operating instructions were clear, and the company and delivery driver kept in touch to make sure my needs were met. The scooter performed beautifully. This rental was among the very best that I have experienced.
