The company that delivered our units didn't have us on the pick up schedule when I called to see when they would be here. Had to wait over 40 minutes for them to get picked up.

Cant thank you enough. Having access to the scooter really contributed to us enjoying our vacation. The process from ordering, drop off, and pick up was easy and stress free. Ben went the extra mile to reach me when he discovered the drop off address i entered wasnt correct. I so appreciated that.
