Great experience and communication! I didn’t think about the drop off at the hotel and that the hotel room was not booked under my name. Thank you for still leaving the scooter despite my failure to communicate that to you. Perhaps someone else may not think about this detail and it might be a question to add to any hotel drop off. Thank you again!

My rental experience was amazing. Do Not know what I would have made it without it. Very easy to load and unload in vehicle and transport. The charge is what I was nervous about, however, it was amazing. Held charge amazingly. All day at Disney then all day at gatorland, then on to Disney Spring. Never lost enough charge to notice on dash. You dropped off night before, allowed me to call and extend a day with ease, then picked up the morning after. AMAZING JOB!!!! SANDRA

Excellent customer service as far as arrival of scooter and also when scooter was picked up at the end of the rental period Only thing questionable was not having a charger for the scooter. Was told battery was fully charged and would get me thru my 4 day rental - And it did !! So in the end I was very happy with the service - Thank you

I can’t thank you enough!!! I had forgotten to rent my scooter for the cruise and suddenly realized it at 2:00 AM!!! What was I going to do? In complete panic mode I searched the internet and found Cloud of Goods! I was really hesitant at first because I didn’t think I had rented from them before and found I had. I requested my scooter on line and prayed I would hear back before my cruise sailed a few hours later. My prayers were answered! I received confirmation and Ben and I talked. He sent me pictures and directions where my scooter was at the terminal and followed up that everything was good. This is the BEST experience I have had and the prices were very good and I was able to rent a basket!!! That came real handy bringing things up into the ship! Made my cruise much easier and my stress level way down. The rear basket does create problems for space in ship elevators and to remove it for going around the ship and very easy to do and store in your stateroom. Thank You Ben for EVERYTHING!
