this was my first time. I had a great experience, no problems with the scooter, young man delivered it on time at the place that was designated and also picked it up at the say at the time that he was supposed to pick it up. I will be renting from this company again when it comes to scooters.

The mobility scooter was a little beat-up but it worked great, arrived on time, the associate was VERY kind and helpful! Because of this rental I was able to do a few more things on my trip that I would have had to miss. Thank you!

The carts were delivered on time and to the correct location. The delivery person, Elmer, stayed in touch with me throughout both the delivery and the pickup. He made the entire experience smooth and easy to use.
