The entire process from start to finish was so smooth! I booked an electric scooter for my 90-year-old grandmother to explore NYC for her first time (it was her Bucket List Trip!) The item was delivered to our hotel prior to our arrival, was easy to use and maneuver, and was picked up from our hotel after our departure.

A very nice and knowledgeable guy. It was difficult to confirm with him where it would be dropped off. Once communication was established it went okay. The scooter died around 5 p.m. We used the charger and it indicated full charge (all green). It died again at 8 p.m. causing me to miss the fireworks with my family.
