Being so far from home in the US. it was very easy to order and you were very efficient and responsive to our need for a wheelchair delivery and pick up at our hotel. You kept us informed throughout the process. Thanks you for your service to our mobility needs.

It was my first time to use this service and the method was something I wasn’t familiar with doing. However, the item was delivered on time and at the correct location. It was a high quality product as well. It came in very useful and we were happy that websites this service. Drop off and pickup, what a breeze!

Delivery process was excellent, equipment was as advertised. Only issue was with the pick up. Pick up communication was poor at best. Item was not picked up day of return, all communication was initiated from my end. Very minor issue, overall a great experience.
