On the day of delivery, the driver arrived to our hotel several hours earlier than the requested time. We had requested the delivery on the day we were flying into Los Angeles. Thus, we were still in the air when he first tried to deliver the wheelchair. He did return to the hotel at the later time and that worked out. However, that then caused me angst about what time the driver would pick up the wheelchair and weather the driver might once again come early.

Cloudofgoods was able to deliver a wheelchair to the hotel where we were staying at allowing our vacation to continue without a hitch! Made the order Sunday night, had the wheelchair Monday morning!!! Truly amazing and simple process. Just beyond impressed with this company. Would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

Thanks for making this easy. The communication was great. We were able to easily find and drop off the wheelchair, and make use of it at the port rather than not having it until we boarded our cruise. It was clearly tagged and in good shape.
