The delivery and pick up was excellent! Staff were flexible with times and that was very convenient for us. They were polite and made sure all went well on our trip. Using the wheelchair allowed our 93 year old dad to really enjoy our trip to Paris. we will certainly use your services again.

From the online site to the return at the end of our trip, this has been a seamless experience. The site had all the information necessary to understand the process. Also, David sent messages regularly for updates and confirmation. We received/returned our wheelchair at the hotel reception and did not need to be present. We strongly recommend this company for all your wheelchair needs!! Thank you!
